FloreSer is an organization that is established in the city of Mazatlán, in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. It emerged in 2008 as a children's home to house girls between the ages of 9 and 18 who are victims of abuse, mistreatment and abandonment. Under the intervention and coordination of the Public Organization DIF (National System for the Integral Development of the Family), FloreSer provides asylum and protection, offering them a safe and reliable environment.

FloreSer IAP (Private Assistance Institution) is a unique home of its kind in our state and one of the few in the country. We provide girls with a place where they feel safe and can grow up with their dignity intact. At FloreSer, the girls continue with their studies, receive individual therapy, and are given outlets that allow them to develop their full potential while leading a healthy life full of possibilities.
FloreSer IAP provides the tools and opportunities to discover the means to a healthy and productive life, to develop skills and nurture talents that will allow girls to become independent and autonomous. They will know that healthy relationships between boys and girls are possible and avoid repeating patterns. Show them that there are respectful ways to earn money. They will have the opportunity to learn a profession and thus be able to envision the future with great hope and ambition.

Our Mission
It is to accompany our adolescent girls in the process of their maturity, helping them to develop and integrate into society with responsibility, providing them with therapeutic help and the necessary tools to take them to adulthood with a promising future.

They are allowed at certain established times and days.
Continuing Education
For our girls who have already finished high school, we encourage and support continuing their studies to obtain a professional career or trade.
We are remodeling and expanding our girls’ study area. It is important that they have adequate space to do their homework.
